Transportation Section
• FDOT has a toll free number for traffic information 866-638-0250 ext 1637
• I-10 Bridge has been closed. The traffic will be detoured at Davis Highway (SR 291 North) and Avalon Blvd (SR 281 North) with alternate routes in place if needed

Public Works and Engineering
• Road and Bridge Department are clearing roadways.
Firefighting
• (3) damaged fire stations
Holley-Navarre: partial roof damage/apparatus ok
Jay: partial roof damage/apparatus ok
East Milton : some doors damaged/some window damage to apparatus
Fire officials are urging residents to stay clear of standing water, powerlines, and keep off roads to make way for emergency crews.
Search and Rescue
At this time, no deaths, no serious injuries, no major flooding reported
Horses sheltered at Pensacola Equestrian Center are all safe
Health and Medical
• UPDATE – Boil water order for Gulf Breeze and South Santa Rosa Utilities has been lifted. Both systems maintained system integrity.
• A boil water order has been issued for the ENTIRE COUNTY . Wells and low lying area water supplies will be tested starting tomorrow. Homeowners who have wells in low-lying areas need to have their well water checked for contamination IMMEDIATELY by the Health Department.
Testing is free to the public and will be offered starting July 11 th at Santa Rosa County Health Department. Bring your own water sample to 5527 Stewart Street , Milton . For questions, call the Health Department at 850-494-5780 (until power is restored).
Again, a boil water notice is in effect for ALL residents until further notice. All citizens should either boil their water until it comes to a rolling boil for one minute OR, add 8 drops of household bleach per one gallon of water; if water is not clear after 30 minutes, repeat the process.
Both well testing and boil water notices in effect until further notice.
Food and Water
Distribution sites and comfort stations have been pre-identified and will be opened when damage assessments are complete and sites are available. Open sites will be announced to the public.
Energy
Gulf Power has crews restoring power in several sections of the county.
52,227 Customers are without power.
Military Support
250 soldiers from the 164 th Air Defense Artillery Brigade were staged in Leon and have now moved in to the area and will stay in Crestview overnight in order to provide labor and security at various distribution sites and comfort stations.
Public Information
There will be press releases at noon and 6:00 p.m. and press conference daily at 1:00 p.m.
Volunteers and Donations
Citizens wishing to volunteer should contact the Citizen's Information Line at 983-5280 to register their availability. The Santa Rosa County Volunteer Center will open Monday, July 11. Currently the location is the RSVP Center at 6294 Buck Skin Dr. off North Dogwood Drive . Call 983-5220 for information.
Law Enforcement
• Curfew is now in effect. The curfew will remain in effect until 12-noon tomorrow without exception. Roads must remain clear for outside resources (like ice, food and water) to arrive in a timely manner, for recovery crews to be able to begin/complete their work, and for emergency responders to have all necessary access. Recovery will be delayed if curfew is not observed and/or streets remain clogged by curious residents.
• All intersections where traffic lights are non-operational must be treated as a four-way stop.
Water
• The Santa Rosa Health Department has advised all residents to BOIL WATER until the drinking water can be deemed safe. This is a precautionary measure only, they will advise when safe to drink.

County Employees
County employees should report to their supervisors on Monday July, 11 th .
Price Gouging Hotline
• Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has requested that residents report price gouging to 800-435-7352 .
